Dr. Samir Aref
Chairman , Ahram Security Group
Samir Aref, a seasoned business leader with more than 50 years of experience currently serves as the Chairman of multiple companies in various industries. Under his leadership, these companies have achieved significant milestones and expanded their global footprint.
Samy Aref has graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in 1979, since that date, he held various managerial positions throughout his career at Ahram Security Group, the biggest company in the Middle East manufacturing all kinds of door locks & access solutions, including Production Manager, Operation Manager, Tool Design Manager, and Maintenance Workshop Manager.With a wealth of experience in driving efficiency and productivity in these roles, he was appointed as Vice-Chairman in 1997, a testament to his leadership skills and dedication to the company's success.
Vladimír is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience managing complex operations in manufacturing and the automotive industries. Prior to his current role at Ahram Security Group, Vladimír worked as an advisor in business development and strategic operations and was responsible for operations at Alpha Corporation and ASSA ABLOY. Vladimír holds a master's degree in business finance and administration from the University of Economics in Prague and attended the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne.
Ahmed El Leissy
Ahmed is a strategic management expert with 30+ years of experience in turnaround management for production units across MENA. He has a proven track record of success in leading consumer goods multinationals in challenging business environments. Ahmed is skilled in formulating winning strategies and implementing effective change management tactics in difficult contexts.
Mr. Salman is currently the Chairman & CEO of AUR Capital. Additionally, Mr. Salman is currently the chairman of United Media Services Company, which has 40 subsidiaries working in all media-related activities in Egypt. He is also the Chairman of Cairo Three A, a board member at Orascom Investment Holding, Mohandes Insurance Company, the Egyptian National Competitiveness Council, Dar Al Fouad “Cleveland”, Almeida Medical Group Dubai, and Western Union Egypt. Till 2022, Mr. Salman was also was assigned by the Egyptian government as Chairman of City Edge Developments Company.His ministerial duties involved chairing and participating in a number of governmental institutions such as being the chairman of The (GAFI), and a board member of (NUCA), (EGPC), (GARPAD), (SCZone), and the Supreme Council of Tourism. Mr. Salman also headed and was a member of over 40 government committees concerned with investment-related issues as he has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector.
Tamer M. Waheed
Mr. Tamer Waheed brings on board more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. Mr. Waheed held the role of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of one of Egypt’s largest private-sector banks. In 2021, Mr. Waheed shifted his focus to more diversified and fulfilling responsibilities, including chairing the board of NGC, chairing the board risk committee of Egypt's largest insurance company, and serving on the boards of other companies such as Sofico Group and MAM. Mr. Waheed holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Cairo University, a management diploma from Cambridge UK, and has completed numerous technical and leadership courses, including the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program.
With over three decades of involvement in the FMCG sector, Khaled possesses substantial expertise in P&L, business strategy, and organization development knowledge. Khaled also has demonstrated a leadership proficiency in challenging circumstances throughout the Middle East and Africa, having served as CEO of Egypt Foods Group, Franchise Senior Director for Sub-Saharan Africa at PepsiCo, General Manager at PepsiCo Levant, and held several other senior management roles at PepsiCo and P&G.
Medhat M. Al Madany
Medhat founded ProMark Ltd in 1995, the first HR consulting firm in Egypt. He has worked for various companies, including Magcobar Dresser and Bristol-Myers Squibb, gaining cross-cultural expertise and functional knowledge. Currently, he is the President of the Egyptian HR Management Association and a member of several official committees related to administrative reform. He also sits on the boards of various companies and authorities and heads various Remuneration and Nomination Boards' committees. Medhat is also a member of the country's Civil Service Council and several Leaders' Committees various Ministries & authorities.
A Mechanical Engineer at heart, with more than 11 years’ experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment, I have had the opportunity to start at its’ core and grow both horizontally and vertically. This enabled me to gain a deep understanding of different aspects of a Manufacturing Organization and the detail that any business entails. Marwan is an Impactful & collaborative leader and Strategic thinker who has more than 15 years of highly diversified experience in Operations Management, Supply chain, and HR across various companies’ profiles in different sectors such as PepsiCo, Nissan, and Wadi Group. Marwan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and a Master's in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a doctorate. He is also certified as an Executive Coach, Organization Designer, Thomas Assessor, and Learner Experience Designer.

Khaled started his professional career in 1994 after graduation as a civil engineer. He built his career in reputable and international companies for more than 30 years in the field of project management, quality management, and internal audit.Over the course of his career, Khaled helped several organizations to improve performance, optimize business processes and enhance customer satisfaction.Khaled holds a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management and Master of Business Administration in Total Quality Management. He is also certified as Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), and Professional Business Analysis (PBA) from the project management institute, USA.He is also certified as Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, in addition to being a lead auditor of quality and environmental management systems. Khaled is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Hany Lasheen is a seasoned information technology professional with a university degree in computer science from Sadat Academy for Management Sciences (SAMS), a diploma from the American University in Cairo (AUC) in visual programming and project management, and a Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification from ISACA. With over 20 years of experience in multinational corporations. In several industries like building materials, FMCG, retail, and education. Hany is AHRAM Security Group's IT Director; as a member of ASG's Executive Committee, one of his key responsibilities is to develop and implement strategies that ensure the smooth operation of all systems and technologies. He also oversees the company's digital transformation roadmap, innovation, and enhancement initiatives, as well as its whole IT infrastructure and IT projects.Hany's mission is to facilitate the success of the ASG organization through the strategic use of technology by offering cutting-edge and secure IT solutions that support the demands of the business, customers, and stakeholders. While consistently developing key procedures and capabilities to guarantee ASG’s IT functions meet the increasing demands of a digital world.
